Yes. Store purchases apply only to the specific server or section they are listed under unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Please make sure you are viewing the correct server section before purchasing. Purchases are not transferable between servers unless we clearly say they are.

🧾 Do purchases expire?

It depends on the type of purchase.

• Subscription-based perks remain active while your subscription is active.
• One-time purchases remain active for the server they were purchased for unless otherwise stated.

If a package has special conditions or limits, they will be listed on its product page.

🎮 How do I access my perks in-game?

Most store perks are applied automatically after purchase. Some features may require in-game commands, reconnecting, or a short delay before they appear.

If a package includes command-based features, the relevant commands will be listed on that package’s product page.

If you purchased something and it does not seem to be active, please give it a moment and then reconnect to the server before opening a support ticket.

No. Ratacombs store packages are intended to support the server without turning gameplay into obvious pay-to-win nonsense.

We aim to keep store perks simple, fair, and useful while preserving the overall gameplay experience.
